I can firstly offer and provide if you wish, a free discovery call, to discuss any physical health issues, any emotional distress such as phobia's, anxiety, low self esteem or just low confidence. I can also provide hypnotherapy sessions for weight loss, maintaining a healthy and happy weight and overcoming any behaviour habits such as biting your nails or anything else that impacts on your life. Depending on what has been discussed in discovery call, will depend on what I would suggest is the amount of sessions that you may require with a devised plan recommended to you. Typically hypnotherapist recommends normally between 3-6 sessions. Has the severity of the issue, would decide how many sessions is required at the important discovery call stage. It also gives us both opportunity to discuss hypnotherapy, reason for the sessions and answer any questions you may have.
