Cancellation Policy

To cancel or re-arrange please contact myself no later than 24 hours before start of session. Otherwise hypnotherapy8 would occur addition costs, if cancelled within the 24 hour period. If needing to re-arrange within 24 hours for unexpected issue, then I would set a new date for yourself, free of charge on first occasion, but if repeated again, then a charge of a one-off £15 to cover lost revenue would be issued. If needing to instead cancel within 24 hours, then full cost of agreed session of hypnotherapy will be issued to client for payment in full.
